Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt was the 26th President of the United States. Statesman, intellectual, adventurer and family man, Theodore Roosevelt lived “The Strenuous Life” with vigor and passion.
The Little Missouri River Stockmen’s Association was formed in the early 1880s in Medora, North Dakota, to prevent livestock rustling and manage the grazing rights of the stockmen in the region. The association was officially established in 1884, with Theodore Roosevelt serving as its chairman. Roosevelt played a significant role in the formation of the association, and he helped draft its by-laws.
