Declaration of Arbroath Graphic Tee

The Declaration of Arbroath, a 14th century statement of Scottish nationalism and self-determination, is thought by some to have influenced the American Declaration of Independence.  Regardless, it is a great profession of the universal human desire for freedom.  Its best known line is, "It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself".

The design features the Scottish Lion with the original Latin: "non enim propter gloriam, diuicias aut honores pugnamus set propter libertatem solummodo quam nemo bonus nisi simul cum vita amittit."
